Terms of Service

Effective July 18, 2026. These terms govern use of cabincountryseptic.com, a service for homeowners in Sevier and Blount County, Tennessee, operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Compass Lead Group.

What the service is

Cabin Country Septic is a marketing and lead generation service. It connects homeowners with independent licensed local septic contractors. Compass Camper LLC is not a septic contractor, is not licensed to perform septic work, and does not perform, supervise, or warrant any septic work.

Your relationship with contractors

Any work you commission is contracted directly between you and the contractor. Scope, pricing, scheduling, permits, and warranties are between you and that contractor. We recommend verifying the contractor's TDEC SSDS Installer Permit through your county Environmental Health office and obtaining an itemized written estimate before any work begins.

No warranty

The service and the information on this site are provided as is. We do not warrant the performance, quality, timeliness, or outcome of any contractor's work. Regulatory information on this site cites primary sources and is kept current in good faith, but rules and fees change; the county Environmental Health office and TDEC are the authoritative sources for any decision about your property, and nothing on this site is legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising out of your use of this site or service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any independent contractor.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, use the service to spam contractors, or scrape or republish site content without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts of Oregon.
