How we make money
Cabin Country Septic is free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the professional we match you with. This fee never increases the price you pay for your project.
In plain terms: when a Sevier or Blount County homeowner submits a request through this site, we pass it to an independent licensed local septic contractor. If that relationship produces work, the contractor pays us a referral fee out of their own marketing budget, the same way they would pay for an ad. The fee is between us and the contractor. It is not added to your quote, and you never receive a bill from us.
What that means for you
- Using the site, the form, or the phone number costs you nothing.
- You are never obligated to hire the contractor you are matched with.
- You contract directly with the contractor. Pricing, scope, warranty, and scheduling are between you and them, and you should get an itemized written estimate before any work starts.
- We do not mark up quotes, take a percentage of your project, or steer work toward a bigger ticket. The information pages on this site exist so you can check any recommendation against the actual TDEC rules and county process.
